We may require your banking details such as credit card number, card holder name, expiration date and CVV or other details necessary for Internet banking. In order to improve the shopping experience, we may seek order details of your previous purchases, including transactions and pricing details. We shall ask for email communication by any user, for product inquiry, order and transaction details, for any complaints and disputes etc.
How we use or share it
We conduct the business in an ethical manner, hence we collect the personal information of our users or customer only to cater best products and services at Vinture.in. We do not sell, trade, share or transfer your information to any third parties.
To tell you about deals, offers, new launches, shipment status, informational and promotional content, we will use your contact information. There is an opt-out alternative for such services.
User engagement and time spent by each user on our site accessed with the help your IP address and traffic source information. We may use it to measure the performance. User information may be required in case of legal disputes, regulatory or statutory requirements, troubleshoot problems, collect fees owed, detect or protect against errors, prevent abuse of our services, prevent violation of rights of third parties, enforce our terms and conditions.

While using any of the payment method(s) described on Vinture official website for any of your purchases, Vinture will neither be responsible nor assume any liability, whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to the following reasons:
Lack of authorizations for any transaction(s)
Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed upon between You and “Bank(s)”
Any payment issues arising out of the transaction
Decline of transaction for any other reason(s)
Which forms of payment are acceptable?
Vinture entertains all forms of electronic payment means and services, such as NetBanking, Cheque, Demand draft, Credit/Debit cards, EMIs, and third-party payment services, etc.
All payments made against the purchases/services by You on the Website shall compulsorily be in the INR acceptable in the Republic of India. The Website will not facilitate transaction(s) in any other forms of currency for any form of purchases made on the Website.
You understand, accept and agree that Vinture’s Payment Facility is neither a banking nor financial service, but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic and automated online payment facility using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Electronic Card payment gateway networks. Through these facilities, Vinture Customised Furniture is neither acting as a trustee nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Transactions or the Transaction Price.
As a Customer, you understand that, upon initiating a Transaction, You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Vinture Customised Furniture to purchase the product(s) or service(s) from Vinture using our Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to Vinture through the Payment Facility.
Is there any form of additional or hidden fee?
No, there is no hidden fee on purchases made by you at Vinture. We also don’t charge any Shipping or Handling fee. However, on all discount coupons, a processing fee of 2.5% is applicable on the total price of your purchase. This fee includes government taxes which are applicable on the coupon discount, and are paid by us.
How are my electronic payments processed?
All valid Credit/Debit Cash cards and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment gateway, and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company. Vinture does not, in any way, store the information of your Credit/Debit cards.
All online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which supports Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.
Return and refunds
How do I Cancel an item purchased on Vinture?
Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at email@example.com.
Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Vinture, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Vinture, to address the issue.
Cancellation in case of wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it to support. For more details, please get in touch with us on our customer care number or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Products purchased on discount or during sale can not be cancelled.
Return & Refund:
Furnitures can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, has missing parts or not as described.
If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:
All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer's premises. Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days. Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made. Depending on the orders, the processing charges (including cost of material) and Service fee will be deducted. Site Visit Changes are non-refundable.
The product comes with a 1-5year (Varies from product to product) warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termite and borer issues.
This limited warranty does not apply to:
1. Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process.
2. Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product.
3. Cracks during the random displacement.
4. Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood.
5. With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
6. There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process.
Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation.
Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)
Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.
